About Us

Carys Berry Veterinary Physiotherapy strives to take a holistic approach to treating horses and dogs. Every animal seen will be treated as an individual, fully assessed and treated. The owner will then go away with a future treatment plan to suit both them and their animals needs.

We work closely with paraprofessionals such as vets, saddle fitters and farriers to provide a comprehensive treatment programme for you and your animal.

Sponsored Rider

Kelle King is Carys Berry Veterinary Physiotherapy's first sponsored rider. We are excited to follow Kelle's progress within a variety of different disciplines and support her hard working horses.

What Pet Owners Say

"Truly Effective"

I highly recommend Carys. She is generous with her time and knowledge and has made a difference to my horse’s way of going. Her advice about alterations to my schooling routine and tack have been truly effective.

Caitlyn

"Kind & patient"

I consulted Carys when I became worried by my horse’s behaviour and knew something wasn’t right with him. Following a kissing spines diagnosis Carys designed a rehab plan for his recovery and has regularly treated him throughout this process. Carys is kind and patient with my nervous boy, and equally calm and patient when explaining things to me! She has gone above and beyond in supporting us with our rehab, demonstrating how to perform exercises and even helping with long reining. She has a great relationship with my vet which makes communication and collaboration much simpler. Carys never makes you feel as if you are on the clock and is always available between appointments for advice.

"Treatment never finishes at the end of a session"

I highly recommend Carys. Her treatment and advice is always tailored to the specific discipline both you and your horse are working towards. When working with my youngster Carys makes an extra effort to make the horse feel at ease before beginning any difficult stretches or processes that my horse hasn’t seen before. Treatment never finishes at the end of the session. Carys recommends both stretches and exercises I can do in between sessions to ensure my horse stays comfortable and at her peak.
